The holiday home "Sansibar on the island of Poel" is furnished in a cozy, maritime country style and can accommodate up to 8 people. Quietly situated with a view of a pond, it's still only 700 meters from the beach. The bright living and dining room features a comfortable sofa with a TV, a fireplace, a spacious dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Super high-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mbps/fiber optic) is available. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace while your children play in the fenced garden. Or perhaps you'd prefer to end the day relaxing in the private beach chair or comfortable lounge furniture with a glass of wine? On the ground floor, you'll find one of the two full bathrooms and a utility room with a washing machine. After a walk on the beach, why not warm up in the private sauna? A staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find three separate bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and each has a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and a lovely pond. A fixed crib is also available. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed with a pull-out function and a desk with an extendable tabletop and an HDMI monitor/Smart TV. From this room, a space-saving staircase without a door leads to the attic with two additional single beds. Children love this room with its panoramic views, two comfortable armchairs, and plenty of Lego toys. A second full bathroom is also located on the second floor. The bedrooms have new, comfortable mattresses and, along with the living and dining room, are equipped with mosquito nets and exterior blinds. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms and living room ensures pleasant warmth on cooler days. Two free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. A playground with a ping-pong table and basketball hoop is just around the corner. Everything is included in the total price; only the tourist tax must be paid on site. Our total price includes everything except the tourist tax, which must be paid on site. During peak season (June 15th - September 15th), arrivals are only possible on Saturdays.
